Following yesterday’s best Web apps of 2009, here are the five best Ecommerce Websites of 2009:

  • H&M
    H&M
H&M’s Ecommerce site, which is only offered in a few countries (excluding Canada), is clean and intuitive. Let’s hope they’ll implement it for Canada soon!
  • HotelMap
    HotelMap
HotelMap maps all the Hotels in London. They have understood that one of the main criteria for a picking a hotel is its location and price. We wish this system was implemented in more cities!
  • IKEA
    IKEA
IKEA has redesigned its online Website. We like the clean look and the simplicity of its product pages.
  • Borders
    Borders
Borders’ Website recreates the feel of looking at book covers in a physical bookstore. We especially like the virtual bookshelf on the home page.
  • Design by Hümans
    Design by Hümans
We really dig Design by Hümans’ Website design. It has a tasteful minimalistic design and has great pictures of the shirts they sell.
